Our ICCE committee is a group of collaborative rotating volunteers, who help drive forward our people-first culture across our Middle East offices. They connect to create fun activities, special and purposeful events and memorable initiatives. ICCE is short for Internal Comms, Culture & Engagement.
Every year, we team up with a specialist agency to train and coach an additional cohort of certified Mental Health First Aiders to provide immediate and accessible support to fellow employees.
At our annual Day for Meaning, we bring everyone together to engage in open dialogue on critical topics that shape our workplace. It offers a platform for our employees to brainstorm actionable goals to make our agency a more inclusive and better place every day.
