With three decades’ experience in the communications industry, Ziad heads Weber Shandwick MENAT’s operations across 13 regional markets with a talented team of nearly 300 people.

His expertise spans a variety of practices including corporate, banking and financial services, public affairs and consumer. In addition to his management role, with his in-depth knowledge of the region’s communications’ landscape, business, demographics and culture, Ziad provides communications, issues and crisis counsel to brands and organisations in various sectors.

Ziad was inducted as a MEPRA Fellow for his outstanding contribution to the public relations profession in the Middle East and has been featured multiple times in PRWeek’s Middle East Power Book. He was named ‘Best PR Professional in Middle East’ at the PRWeek Global Awards 2021 and under his leadership, Weber Shandwick MENAT has received a ‘best agency’ or ‘leading consultancy’ recognition for ten consecutive years.

As Regional Managing Director, Ghaleb heads up UAE operations, as well as Culture, Learning &amp; Development and Partnership for Weber Shandwick MENAT.

He joined the agency in 2010 and brings extensive experience in consumer, corporate, financial and government communications, as well as employee engagement, speaker training, and issues and crisis management. His sector expertise includes aviation, education, energy, finance, healthcare and tourism.
&nbsp;

Noura has spent two decades with Weber Shandwick MENAT and currently leads the office in Abu Dhabi. She holds specific expertise in consumer marcomms, corporate reputation, destination marketing, issues management, crisis communications, reputation management and senior executive coaching.
&nbsp;
During her time at the agency, Noura has led strategic communications programmes for clients across a range of areas, including environment, healthcare, entertainment and real estate, at MENA, European, and international levels.
&nbsp;
In 2022, Noura was named to PRovoke Media’s Innovator 25 EMEA list, and she has been featured multiple times in PRWeek’s Middle East Power Book. She sits on the Strategy Board of the Middle East PR Association (MEPRA) and is an Advisory Board Member for the Mass Communication Program at the College of Arts &amp; Sciences in Abu Dhabi University. In addition, she is a working committee member for the Arab Business Group, which leads efforts to draft and implement gender un-stereotyping codes in advertising.

Seda established Weber Shandwick’s Istanbul office in 2013 and has developed the agency’s portfolio in the country for over a decade as CEO, Türkiye.
&nbsp;
With more than 20 years’ communications experience across Türkiye and Brussels, Seda brings extensive experience in the development of local and regional campaigns, C-suite communications, government relations, sustainability communications and reputation management. In addition, she has delivered numerous papers on strategy and positioning for a variety of policies.
&nbsp;
Seda has previously worked in the telecommunications sector as a regulatory affairs specialist. As a consultant, she has provided expertise to client partners across a variety of sectors including e-commerce, energy, finance, FMCG, healthcare, industry, technology, and tourism. She heads up Weber Shandwick MENAT’s Sustainability Committee and is a member of the board of directors of the European Movement Turkiye and the Türkiye Europe Foundation.

An experienced communications consultant and strategist with a passion for the creative, Faisal possesses extensive industry acumen and focuses on tailoring communications strategies and programmes to deliver on clients’ communications and business objectives. Well-versed in the arts of brand building and reputation management – particularly within a complex media and stakeholder environment – Faisal focuses on merging various disciplines and communications modules to deliver a dynamic 360 approach that combines traditional and digital media, public relations and advertising, marketing and corporate communications.
