Seda Yalçin Ulusoy

Seda established Weber Shandwick’s Istanbul office in 2013 and has developed the agency’s portfolio in the country for over a decade as CEO, Türkiye.

 

With more than 20 years’ communications experience across Türkiye and Brussels, Seda brings extensive experience in the development of local and regional campaigns, C-suite communications, government relations, sustainability communications and reputation management. In addition, she has delivered numerous papers on strategy and positioning for a variety of policies.

 

Seda has previously worked in the telecommunications sector as a regulatory affairs specialist. As a consultant, she has provided expertise to client partners across a variety of sectors including e-commerce, energy, finance, FMCG, healthcare, industry, technology, and tourism. She heads up Weber Shandwick MENAT’s Sustainability Committee and is a member of the board of directors of the European Movement Turkiye and the Türkiye Europe Foundation.
